ScopeSmart terms of service

Welcome to Group4Grant, a service provided by Codeshark Pte. Ltd. ("we," "us," "our"). By using our product, you ("user," "organisation") agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the service.

1. Service overview

Group4Grant provides a platform for generating project plans, proposals, and related assets based on user input. Organisations subscribe to use Group4Grant, with access to different features based on the selected subscription plan.

2. Subscription plans & free trial

We offer various subscription plans that grant access to different features and user limits. Organisations may start with a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, continued access will require a paid subscription through our payment provider.

Organisations can upgrade or downgrade their subscription plan at any time, provided the organisation remains within the limitations of the selected plan. Available plans and pricing details are listed on our website and may change periodically.

3. Payment and refund policy

Payments for subscriptions are processed through our payment provider. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable; however, we may offer refunds in the following situations:

Billing errors: If there has been a mistake in billing or overcharging, we will issue a full refund of the incorrect charges.
Technical issues: If Group4Grant experiences prolonged technical outages or service disruptions significantly affecting your use of the platform, you may be eligible for a prorated refund based on the time affected.
Early cancellations (annual plans): Organisations on annual subscription plans are eligible for a prorated refund of the unused portion of the plan only if cancellation occurs within 30 days of the initial payment. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@group4grant.com within 30 days of the relevant charge or issue.

4. User restrictions

By using Group4Grant, the organisation confirms that its users:

Are using the platform for business purposes only.
Will not misuse the platform by reverse-engineering, tampering, or sharing login credentials outside the organisation.
Will not use Group4Grant for illegal activities or purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these terms.

5. Content generation and accuracy

Group4Grant generates project plans, proposals, and related assets based on user input. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the generated content. It is the responsibility of the organisation to review all generated content before using it in business operations. We are not liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the content generated by Group4Grant.

6. User-provided input and content removal

Users are responsible for ensuring that the input provided is accurate and lawful. We reserve the right to remove or refuse any content generated by Group4Grant that violates any applicable law or that we deem inappropriate.

7. Termination of service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to Group4Grant and related assets if:

The organisation violates these terms.
Payment for the subscription is not completed.
The organisation’s account remains inactive for more than three months (inactive meaning no active subscription).

Upon termination, we will delete all stored data associated with the organisation in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

Codeshark Pte. Ltd. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Group4Grant. This includes, but is not limited to, damages from inaccuracies in generated content, loss of data, or business interruptions.

9. Modifications to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms of usage at any time. Organisations will be notified via email of any significant changes. Continued use of Group4Grant following such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. A timestamp will track when the organisation last accepted these terms within the app.

10. Governing law

These terms of usage are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre.
